- 2 pieces Chicken breast (to roast on the grill)
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 300 gram Pineapple (canned)
- 1 piece Avocado
- 100 gram feta cheese
- 1 piece Onion red
- 150 gram Arugula
- 70 gram Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Allspice to taste
- Blueberries

- Fry on a large grill on both sides. I had a boiled breast, but the recipe requires grilling the raw breast. Approximate roasting for 5 minutes on each side. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut the pineapple and chicken into medium pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Combine with avocado, onion, feta and blueberries.
