- 1 piece Chicken breast without bone
- 3 glasses Milk
- 3 teaspoons Salt large, pour with a small slide
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg can be replaced by seasoning meat with nutmeg only reduce the amount by half
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 3 cloves Garlic

- Wash the chicken breast and put it in a deep container. Pour the chicken breast with milk, well mixed with salt. Leave in the milk for 3 hours. After three hours, remove the chicken breast from the milk, dry it with paper towels and tie it tightly with a cooking thread (my cooking was not tied to an ordinary strong thread).
- Prepare the marinade. Mix in in a separate container, mix olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, nutmeg, sweet paprika and garlic, passed through a press. Chicken fillet is well smeared with marinade and left to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Next, put the chicken breast in a mold or on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and send it to the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the chicken pastrami there for another 20 minutes.
