- It will take 4-5 minutes, maybe a little more. It depends on the consistency and fat content of the yogurt. When the cream acquires the consistency of liquid sour cream, remove the pan from the heat and stir the cream for a couple of minutes. For this dessert, it is not necessary to cook the cream until it becomes very thick, since the cream will still thicken decently as it cools down. Cool the cream to room temperature. Stir occasionally - so the cream will cool down faster.
- Again cream, cookies, cognac, nuts, chocolate. The last layer is cream. Everything is ready! Before serving, the dessert can be decorated with berries, chocolate or nuts. This cream is suitable not only for dessert in a glass, but also for layering and decorating cakes. They can also be filled with tubes or profiteroles.
