- 2 pieces Potatoes boiled
- 1 piece Carrot boiled
- 1 piece Beetroot boiled
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 gram Sprats spicy salting
- 3 pieces Cucumber salted, small
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or to taste
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil unrefined
- 4 slices Bread black, custard
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- I can honestly say that I used only part of the vinaigrette for mousse, but I did not risk everything. I recommend you to do the same so that you can appreciate the taste, but do not regret the products spent if you suddenly do not like the result. And so, put aside part of the salad, add chopped sprat fillets to it.
