Apple pie with raisins on shortbread dough, cooked with the addition of cheese. Juicy, sweet filling and crispy, crumbly, salty dough. They complement each other perfectly. This is a very interesting, harmonious and, I would say, an exquisite combination. This pie is prepared simply and quickly. Delicious, bright, fragrant, beautiful apple pie will brighten up even the rainiest autumn day. Try.

Instructions
- Peel the apples, cut into small cubes. The weight of the already peeled fruits is indicated. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Put the apples in it, cover with sugar (you can use white sugar, but with brown sugar the taste of the filling is much richer!), stir and simmer the apples, stirring constantly, until the liquid evaporates. (usually 4 minutes is enough, but it all depends on the juiciness of the fruit) The fire is active. Remove the pan from the heat, cool the apples.
- Cook the dough until the filling cools down. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cold (but not frozen!) cut the butter into pieces. Is it possible to replace cheese with cheese? Yes. But the structure and taste of the dough, and therefore of the whole pie, will be different, different from the proposed ones.
