- 200 milliliters Cream

- 10 gram Gelatin
- 5 tablespoons Water

Instructions
- Whisk the cream with the remaining sugar until fluffy. Pour a thin stream of gelatin into the curd mass, whisk thoroughly. Now add the whipped cream to the cottage cheese in small portions and mix well. Cut the finished chilled cakes into portions and smear with cottage cheese cream. Bon appetit to everyone!
