My family loves homemade burgers, so I often experiment with them. This time I wanted to make a delicious, unusual sandwich that will appeal not only to the male half, but also to the girls. The highlight of this burger is the sauce. It turns out very tasty and is ideal for "noble" cheese and juicy beef. It has a slight sweetness and sourness. This sauce can also be used with a cheese plate and grilled meat.

Instructions
- Cut brie cheese into thin slices, onion into half rings, wash and dry lettuce leaves. Arugula is also perfect for this burger. I use onions because I want them to be sharp. For those who don't particularly like raw onions, you can use a white, softer onion. Cut the burger bun into two halves, drizzle with oil and fry in a dry frying pan or grill.
