How to diversify a minced meat dish and to have it with potatoes?! I thought about it and came up with why not make something like a casserole or terrine, how it would be right, I do not know. It turned out incredibly tasty and beautiful, suitable for a festive table. The dish differs from the usual one in several "highlights", I added smoked cheese with smoked ham to the filling, and I pre-baked potatoes for the filling in the oven with spices, the result pleased us with its not quite standard taste, sharp and with a "smoke", and it's not so difficult to do, try it, and you won't you will be disappointed.

- 1,2 kilogram Chicken carcass or chicken minced meat 600-700 g
- 2 pieces Chicken egg 1 piece for the meat, 1 piece for the filling

- 1/3 teaspoon Ginger
- 7 tablespoons Sour cream
- 120 gram Ham
- 100 gram Cheese smoked
- 6 pieces Potatoes young

- 30 gram Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)

- Cut the potatoes into slices, not very small, into 4 or 6 pieces lengthwise, depending on the size. Mix mustard, 3-4 tbsp sour cream, tomato paste, herbs of Provence, salt, pepper and squeezed garlic (2 teeth). Mix potato slices with this mixture and put them in a mold so that the slices are in one layer, you can tightly, but in one, spread pieces of butter on top.
- Remove the skin and meat from the chicken, leaving the bones with a small amount of stuck meat and wings, then prepare a good and delicious broth. You can just use chicken minced meat, I think it will turn out about 600-700 g, and I did as always, as needed, in the store, but there were fresh chickens, I also wanted to cook chicken soup, I just killed two birds with one stone for dinner and soup))) We transfer the meat with the skin to a food processor, where we load the onion and the remaining garlic (3-4 teeth), chop everything thoroughly, and a homogeneous gruel is obtained. If you take minced meat, it is also better to pass it through a blender along with onions and garlic so that the consistency is uniform. Cut the ham into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. For cheese, we took smoked sausage, which gave a very interesting note. Add the beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the chicken mixture. Mix all this well, it is better to use your hands, as if whipping, the mass will even increase a little, it will become more magnificent. Then add semolina, ham, cheese, chopped fresh herbs, salt, paprika, pepper mixture, ginger, salt. Mix well so that everything is evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
- Cover the cake pan with paper or oil. I lined the paper so that the ends stuck out, then conveniently pulled them out. We take out our minced meat and put it next to the baked potatoes or what's left of it, I still managed to tweak it a little, so I did a lot of it, with a margin))) Distribute part of the minced meat along the bottom and walls of the mold, leaving the middle empty. Place the baked potato slices in the middle of this.
