Ingredients
For chicken:
- 300 gram Chicken breast
- 100 gram Champagnons
- 150 gram Onion
- 100 ml Cream (10%)
- Seasoning for chicken
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Plum dried fruit - "fruit pita from plum" or sour dried fruit
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
For rice:
- Rice to taste
- 50 gram Dried plum
- 50 gram Dried apricots
- 20 gram Butter
- 80 ml Semi-sweet red wine
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Products for cooking.
- Boil the rice until half cooked. Pour dried apricots and prunes with hot water, give the fruits time to steam.
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in preheated vegetable oil until transparent. The onion was chopped using a food processor.
- Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, mix with seasoning, crushed garlic and add to the onion, fry until white.
- Cut the mushrooms into small plates and add to the pan, continuing to fry.
- "Fruit lavash from plums" cut into strips. Plum dried fruits can be replaced with other sour dried fruits.
- Put the dried plum fruits in a frying pan. Add cream, salt and pepper to taste, stir and simmer under the lid until tender.
- Prunes and dried apricots cut into slices and fry in butter until soft. Add the wine, stir.
- Lay out the rice, add salt and mix.
- Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until the rice is ready.
- Transfer the meat and rice dish to warm bowls and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
