- 3,5 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 glass Sour cream
- 250 gram Butter or margarine 250 gr. for the dough +50 gr
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 gram Milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Cream or milk
- Yeast 5 g dry or damp 10 gr

- Using a pastry syringe or spoon, apply the cream to the dough circles. And put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. I took it out of the oven completely cooled down. Then melt the chocolate + butter (50 g) + milk (or cream) in a water bath. And spread a little on each cookie with a coffee spoon. Wait until the chocolate hardens. If you want it to freeze faster, put it in the cold. Enjoy your meal!!!
