Ingredients
Tartlets:
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Oat flakes
- 50 milliliters Milk
- 1 piece Egg white
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Filling:
- 1 piece Chicken fillet boiled
- 100 gram Mozzarella
- 1 piece Tomato
Instructions
- Tartlets: mix cottage cheese, oatmeal, spices, add milk, protein, herbs.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Divide the dough into 6 parts (recipe for 6, I have a double portion).
- We lay out on silicone molds, form tartar with a spoon. Bake for 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Grate the cheese. Mix part of the grated mozzarella with chopped chicken.
- Put the cheese and chicken mixture into the tartlets, then the tomato.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top. Put back in the oven for 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
