Cottage Cheese Pie with Boiled Condensed Milk Recipe
I was cooking homemade cottage cheese and the whey was left. I decided to use the serum to make a cake. Put the cheese in the dough. As for the filling, I took milk. It turned out to be a delicious, lush and sweet pie.

Ingredients
- 320 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 tablespoons Honey liquid
- 125 ml Serum cottage cheese
- 75 gram Cottage cheese
- 3 pieces Egg yolk 2 PCs in the dough + 1 piece for greasing the pie
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 40 gram Butter soft
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1 jar Condensed milk boiled, 380 g
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
- 1 pack Vanilin
Instructions
- Baking dish f 26 - 28 cm In a large bowl in which the dough will be kneaded, dilute the dry yeast in warm whey. Add vanilla, egg yolks beaten with salt,
- ...heat the butter, honey and cottage cheese. Mix everything well, you can use a mixer. If you have a cheese shop, wipe it through a sieve.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place to rise 2 times.
- When the dough rises, lubricate your palms with oil, mash it and let it rise. Sprinkle the countertop with a small amount of flour and form buns, 8 pieces each.
- Roll out each bun and cut out a circle in the form of a tea saucer.
- Grease a circle with melted butter and put the filling - boiled condensed milk.
- Roll out into a circle and wrap the ends to secure. Put all the dough scraps in a bowl and cover with a towel.
- From the scraps of dough I got 4 more balls. I rolled out the dough, cut out 4 circles and made bagels, filling the middle of the pie with them.
- From the scraps from four bagels, I have dough left. I divided it into 12 small balls. I put 0.5 tsp of condensed milk in each ball and decorated the bagels with them.
- Cover the pie with cling film and put it on proofing. I put it in the oven, turn on the minimum temperature of 40 C and after 30 minutes the pie increases 2-2.5 times.
- Then increase the temperature to 190-200 C. Grease the cake with beaten egg yolk with a pinch of sugar and bake until the cake is ready.
