Just decorate it in the form of a pyramid - a Christmas tree assembled from meringue cakes of different diameters and decorated with the most Christmas fruits-tangerines. For sourness, I took cranberries, this is a very refreshing dessert and, of course, strawberries, there is no way without it!

- 200 gram Sugar small
- 2 teaspoons Corn starch
- 2 packs Vanilin
- 1 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 0,5 teaspoons Lemon zest
- 160 ml Cream fat, for whipping
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder 1 tbsp for cream, 1 tbsp for decoration
- 1 piece Tangerine
- 4 pieces Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Cranberries
- 1 pinch Sprinkles sweet shop

- On high-quality baking paper or silicone mat, draw circles and lay out protein blanks on them-pancakes. Pancakes are made of different diameters, so that then the dessert is laid out with a pyramid-herringbone. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees and dry the meringue for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 100 degrees and dry for another 40-50 minutes. In any case, focus on your oven and the thickness of the cakes. You can't open the oven. Turning off the oven, let the meringue cool with the door slightly ajar. It is important not to over-dry the meringue, the upper part of the cake should be crispy, and inside there is a slightly moist, stretching middle.
- We collect Pavlov's dessert in the form of a pyramid - Christmas tree, smearing each layer with whipped cream. Put pieces of fruit and berries on top. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and baking powder. Dessert does not tolerate storage! Ready and immediately on the table! Otherwise, the meringue will get wet from the cream and berries.
