Wash chicken fillet and squid to dry. Fillet cut lengthwise into two parts. Squid cut into strips on both sides. Fry on the grill for 5 minutes fillets on both sides and a minute, 1.5 squid on both sides.
Slightly cool, cut into thin slices. Cut the white sweet onion into half rings.
Mix oil, white balsamic or lemon juice, sweet mustard, soy sauce, crush a tiny clove of garlic, salt, pink pepper. Tuck in the still warm chicken fillet and squid with onions. Give all ingredients for 5 minutes to marinate.
