  1. Preparing the filling. In the photo, I showed, in comparison with a matchbox, what kind of onion I prepared for filling in a pie. Pour the oil into a frying pan, put it on the stove, heat it up and put the finely chopped onion. Fry a little until soft. Do not fry too much, otherwise it will turn out tasteless. To the onion, spread the white cabbage, also finely chopped. Cook until tender. I didn't fry much, I did it on minimal heat with the lid closed. At the end, add salt and pepper. Pepper is not necessary if there are children there. I sprinkle it with ground cayenne pepper.

  2. Knead the dough in parallel. Heat the cream a little, put sugar, a spoonful of cottage cheese and break 2 eggs. I'll beat the mass a little with an electric whisk. To knead the dough, you can use the kitchen machine. I added sunflower oil and whipped everything up again. Mix the flour with baking powder and sift into the resulting mixture. In small portions, whisk together the flour, add salt. The dough is ready. The consistency resembles condensed milk.

  3. The onion and cabbage filling is ready. Grate the cheese. The cottage cheese pie will not spoil, and you can take more of it. I took a detachable form D-20 cm and height-6 cm. You can take any shape of this diameter that you have: silicone; ceramic... I'll cover the mold with baking paper. I'll oil the paper. Visually divide the dough in half and pour half on the bottom of the mold. With a silicone spatula, I evenly distribute the dough. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Next - a thick layer of onion-cabbage filling. Alignment.

  4. Spread the cheese again and pour over the second half of the dough. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously on top. Put in the oven, preheated to t-180C, for 40 minutes. We try to "dry the splinter". The dough does not stick to the splinter, which means that the pie is ready. Focus on your oven. I have a small electric oven for 18 liters, it bakes very quickly and well. Let the cake cool down a little.
