- Pour the flour on the table and spread the dough with a spoon (The dough turns out very sticky!) and shape the bread, as if crumbling in flour, you don't need a lot of flour to knead the dough - the dough will clog. Sprinkle a little flour on the parchment and lay out a new bread, if the oven is on a baking sheet - round, my kind of loaf. Sprinkle the bread with a small amount of flour, cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Remove the duck house from the oven - very carefully remove the lid and transfer the bread covered with parchment to the bottom of the duck house. COVER with a lid and put in the oven for 35-40 minutes, without changing the temperature - 220. Focus on your oven! Important - dishes with thick walls and a lid!!!
- We cook vegetable caviar - each housewife has her own recipe, and I won't reveal anything new, but maybe it will be useful to someone. Cut the eggplant together with the skin into pieces and send it to the microwave for 5 minutes at full power. Onion, carrot, pepper cut into slices. Put the carrots on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil first - simmer for a couple of minutes, then pepper - for another minute, onion - for another minute.
