- The dough rose and increased in size. Take it out of the mold and knead it. Working with your hands, form a thin cake. The dough turns out to be very elastic and stretches well. I took the form D-30 cm. Stretched the cake across the plane of the circle. If the dough sticks to your hands a little, you can lubricate it with oil. Spread the sauce over the dough and lubricate the entire surface with it, again using a silicone spatula (very convenient to work with!).
