  1. Bring the broth to a boil. Add the cauliflower, disassembled into small florets. Bring to a boil again. Cook as much as you want. I had cabbage frozen, and I after boiling it did not cook at all.

  2. Remove from heat and pour the couscous. After 5 minutes the soup is ready.

  3. Pour on plates. Sprinkle with herbs on top (very tasty with green onions - in the photo with parsley), red hot pepper, crumble the cheese. If you exclude cheese and use vegetable broth with a small amount of olive oil, you will get a wonderful lean or vegetarian dish.
