- 500 gram Pink salmon
- 1/2 piece Red sweet pepper
- 1/2 piece Sweet yellow pepper
- 150 gram Cauliflower
- 80 gram Almonds
- 40 gram Breadcrumbs
- 5 gram Ginger fresh
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Shallot
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice or lime, 2-3 spoons to taste
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dry white wine or water
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Turmeric

- On the vegetables, lay out pieces of red fish, cut into small portions. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Pieces of fish are covered with our breading, slightly pressing. Sprinkle with olive oil on top. Add a couple of tablespoons of white wine to the vegetables. I myself usually cook with the same amount of water.
