Shrimp Burger with Mango and Avocado Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Mango
- 100 gram Lettuce leaves
- 6 pieces Buns
- 20 gram Olive oil
- 50 gram Cilantro
- 1 piece Celery root
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Bread
- 300 gram Shrimps
- 30 gram Sesame seeds
- 100 gram Yogurt
- 20 gram Soy sauce
Instructions
- White bread, crushed into fine crumbs.
- Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bread.
- Put the shrimp in a blender and chop.
- Grate the celery on a coarse grater and add to the minced meat.
- Add natural yogurt, soy sauce, ground pepper and flour. Mix it.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the cutting board.
- Roll the cutlets, dip them in sesame seeds and put them in a frying pan with olive oil.
- Cut the buns in half.
- Place the shrimp patty on a bun, cover with a second bun and place in a hot oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Slice iceberg lettuce, mango and avocado into slices.
- Put the salad and vegetables on the cutlets.
