Spicy Apple Gratin with Chickpeas Recipe
That I only cooked soups-salads and even sweets from chickpeas. It was dessert's turn. After all, chickpeas are a very interesting product, ideally suited to any dish, the casserole of which I liked. Soft fruity-creamy taste with a subtle hint of spices.

Ingredients
- 1 hundful Chickpeas
- 1/2 piece Apple
- 1/2 piece Pear
- 1 hundful Raisin
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1/2 glass Cream (30%)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
- Nuts
- Vanilin
Instructions
- Cut apples and pears into large cubes. Chickpeas, apples and pears should be 1:1:1 in volume.
- Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice, add raisins and sugar. Speaking of fruits, summer peaches, apricots, mangoes are also ideal here.
- Of the spices, I used half a teaspoon of gingerbread seasoning, which included cinnamon and cardamom. Heavy cream mixed with spices and vanilla.
- Pour the creamy hot sauce into a bowl and mix.
- Arrange the gratin into serving molds. Sprinkle with petals and place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until golden brown for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the mold.
- Gratin is ready, you can serve it with marmalade. And enjoy the magical gratin with the taste of fruits and nuts and a delicate Christmas aroma.
