- Stuff the squid carcass with stuffing. Distribute evenly. Do not put a lot of filling, when baking squid dry up. Fasten the edges with toothpicks so that the filling does not fall out. Put the carcass in a greased form. Brush the squid with oil on top. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake until tender for 20 minutes. Don't overdo it!!! Otherwise it will become "rubbery".
