- Knead the dough from flour, 0.5 tsp salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and 4-5 tablespoons of water. Place the dough on a floured board. In a ceramic bowl of such a size that you can cover the dough, pour boiling water and, as soon as it heats up, drain the water and cover the dough with wet. After 15 minutes, the bowl will cool down, remove it from the dough, reheat. Repeat this technique 3 times. Thanks to him, the dough will turn out more elastic.
