- Before serving, collect the rainbow snack in a ring or mold. Approximately the same layers: mango on the bottom, avocado in the middle, salmon on top. Pour 1 tsp of mango puree and a few drops of sesame oil over each serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with herbs. I wish you all a happy mood!
