- In the meantime, let's do the stuffing. First, peel the apples and carrots. Apples finely chop, and carrots grate on a coarse grater. Chop the nuts. On a heated pan, pour a little vegetable oil and over low heat, stirring constantly, lightly fry the carrots (2 minutes), then add the apples and fry for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle the filling with lemon juice and add the raisins, cranberries and nuts, pour a little water (50 ml) to put out the apples and carrots until soft. Do not forget to stir the filling, add 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon. In a frying pan, the filling is prepared quickly, about 8-10 minutes.
