- Mix the dough that has come up well. Add salt, soda, vegetable oil and melted butter. Soda can not be added. I add it so that the dough is not sour, as it happens on kefir. Add the remaining flour in parts. Knead some sticky dough. Brush the top with vegetable oil so that it does not fade. Leave in a warm place for 50 minutes. It just so happened that I had to leave for a couple of hours. I put the dough in the refrigerator. And I got it after 3 hours. It rose well and was not sticky at all, it is pleasant to work with it.
- Generate all the horns in this way. And put it in a baking dish (d-28 cm). For the middle of the cake, form a ball with a filling inside from the postponed part of the dough. Put it in the center of the mold. Leave for proofing for 15-20 minutes. My pie stood on the proofing for only 10 minutes. So I put it in a cold oven and turned it on 180 degrees. While the oven was warming up, the pie was still cooking.
