- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 milliliters Milk
- 20 gram Sugar
- 5 gram Vanilla sugar
- 1/5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Orange zest
- 25 gram Butter
- 50 gram Candied fruits
- 30 milliliters Cognac
Filling:
- 150 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
Additionally:
- 1 piece Tangerine
- Sugar powder to taste
- Sprinkles sweet shop to taste

- Add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, yeast and orange zest to the warm milk. There is nothing wrong with making sure that the zest is not bitter. Since flour from different manufacturers differs in quality, then all its quantity should not be added at once. You may have to adjust the flour weight individually. Knead a rather steep dough.
