- 1 teaspoon Honey Can be replaced with maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard (seeds)

- Fry the remaining vegetables in the same pan. Put the carrots in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper, add the juice of half an orange with the pulp, a stick of cinnamon, star anise, honey and season with ground ginger.
