Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Butter
- 70 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 10 pieces Dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Marshmallow cream:
- 2 pieces Egg white
- 100 gram Sugar powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Baking powder
- Lemon acid
Glaze:
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 20 ml Cream
Instructions
- Use a mixer to mix all the ingredients for the dough.
- Arrange them into molds and put a piece of chocolate in each (optional), I did without it. Bake at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let the bars cool down.
- Prepare the cream: lightly beat the whites with a mixer, add baking powder and powdered sugar. Put it in a water bath and whisk for 10-15 minutes. At the end, add citric acid.
- Using a pastry bag with a round nozzle, decorate the muffins with cream.
- Take it out of the refrigerator so that the cream freezes. Melt the cream and chocolate in a water bath until smooth. We dip our muffins in chocolate cream, while slightly tilting the cup and turning the muffin in a circle. So that the chocolate layer is not thick, you can smear it with a brush. Let the glaze harden.
