Ingredients
Dough:
- 130 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Sugar
- 100 ml Kefir
- 100 ml Cocoa powder drinks
- 50 gram Cocoa powder
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg large
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 12 teaspoons Condensed milk boiled
Cream:
- 100 gram Butter
- 120 gram Cream cheese
- Sugar powder to taste
Instructions
- Immediately preheat the oven to 175-180g. Sift flour and cocoa powder.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients: sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt. I mix everything well.
- I pour a ready-made cocoa drink into the bowl of the combine (just dilute the nesquik and cool it). Instead of cocoa, you can use freshly brewed coffee.
- Pour in the kefir.
- I add an egg. Mix it.
- Mix the liquid and dry ingredients, mix with a silicone spatula.
- The chocolate dough is laid out on disposable paper molds and sent to the oven for 17 minutes.
- I make holes in the finished cupcakes and pour them with boiled condensed milk.
- For the cream, I take cottage cheese and butter at room temperature, beat them with a hand mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar to taste. I make cream caps for ready-made cupcakes. Garnish with sprinkles.
