- Fry the onion and carrot in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then add the chopped cabbage, salt, pour in a glass of tomato juice, mix. Simmer the cabbage first under the lid on low heat, then remove the lid and let the juice formed during frying evaporate a little, but not completely, so that the cabbage remains juicy. In the cooking process, add sugar, pepper mixture, citric acid - everything to taste as you like.
- While the filling is cooling, knead the dough. In warm water with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour from the total norm, dilute the yeast. After 10 minutes, add the yolk, lightly whipped protein, salt, vegetable oil, mix and add flour. The dough should turn out soft, but not sticky, put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover with a film, let the dough come up in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
