- 800 gram Chicken breast or thighs
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- A mixture of spices to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Red hot pepper to taste

- We take out the form with the shins from the oven. Remove the foil. Insert the pieces of bread between the shins. Put cherry tomatoes on top. I got the "cream", so cut them into 4 parts. Tomatoes are also lubricated with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle with red hot pepper. Put the baking dish in the oven (without foil) for 20 minutes.
