Ingredients
Dough:
- 625 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 250 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 30 gram Baking powder
- Vanilin to taste
Glaze:
- 125 gram Sugar powder
- 1 piece Egg white
Instructions
- Sift 125 grams of flour.
- Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add the hot boiled milk and mix well.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Add vegetable oil.
- Add the egg, yolk and vanilla.
- Sift the flour with baking powder.
- Knead the dough on the table.
- The dough is ready.
- For convenience, divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each piece of dough 8 mm thick.
- Cut out the gingerbread.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze. Whisk the powder with the protein.
- Brush the cakes with icing.
