Instructions
- Mix soft butter with sugar and vanilla.
- Drive in the eggs.
- Grate the zest of a small lemon.
- Beat with egg mass.
- Pour in the milk. Whisk again.
- Add flour with baking powder.
- Beat.
- The dough is structured like pancakes, flows down with a whisk.
- Wash garden apples, peel them.
