Ingredients
Dough:
- 600 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 7 gram Dry yeast
- 400 ml Water
- 0,5 glass Sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds
Filling:
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 150 gram Pumpkin
- 10 twigs Greens Dill, cilantro, parsley
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of sifted flour, yeast, sugar and 200 ml of warm water. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 15 minutes for the yeast to take effect. This will be our leaven.
- Add sunflower oil and salt to the sourdough. Pour in the remaining water. Mix it.
- Last of all, add the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put it away for an hour in a warm place.
- During this time, prepare the filling. Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. Add the minced meat and mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and send them to the minced meat. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater and add it to the pan. Mix it.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika. Mix well.
- Finely chop the greens, send them to the minced meat. Fry for 2 minutes and leave to cool.
- After an hour, press the dough well. Form a circle.
- Divide into 4 parts.
- Roll out each piece into an oval tortilla. In the middle we spread the cooled filling.
- Pinch to the middle of the edge.
- Turn the seam down. Form a roll.
- Cover the baking tray with parchment. Place the rolls close to each other.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- We send it to a preheated 180 ° oven for 35 minutes until golden brown. Focus on your oven.
