- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, 100 g of sugar, 100 ml of vegetable oil.
- In the resulting mass, add walnuts (after grinding them) and washed raisins. Mix it.
- We add baking powder to our mass and, gradually adding flour, knead a soft elastic dough (it is not necessary to score with flour, let the dough stick to your hands a little better, the main thing is that it keeps its shape).
- Mix 3 tablespoons of brown sugar with cinnamon.
- From the resulting dough, form balls with a diameter of 5 cm (slightly larger than a walnut), roll well in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and place on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment, at a small distance from each other.
- Bake cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven until ready for 25-30 minutes. Cookies turn out bright, fragrant and very tasty!!! With a mug of tea or a glass of milk...
