Ingredients
Minced meat for cutlets:
- 500 gram Minced meat beef+pork
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt white
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 tablespoon Marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Sauce:
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 4 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
Instructions
- Finely chop the nuts and lightly fry them in a dry pan. Finely chop the onion.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, and marjoram.
- Add cognac, nuts, yogurt, and egg. Stir well. Cover the bowl with minced meat with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill pan. Form the cutlets and place them on the grill. Fry the cutlets on both sides until tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Serve with any side dish, pouring sauce liberally.
