Delicious, quick, light bundles of cottage cheese dough in vegetable oil, stuffed with stewed apples and raspberry jam. The dough turns out soft, tender, the filling is sweet and sour, magically fragrant. The three of them ate all 16 plaits at once! Very tasty!

Instructions
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. In a frying pan, spread the butter and pour out the sugar, put on fire, heat until the butter melts, add the cubes of apples and, stirring, simmer for 10 minutes. Apples should become soft, but retain their shape. Remove from the heat, transfer to a bowl and leave to cool. Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 degrees.
- Put the pigtails on a baking sheet, put them in a preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until they are slightly browned. The dough is rolled out thinly, baked quickly, it is important not to over-dry it! The baking sheet can be covered with parchment, so that later it, the baking sheet, is not washed, but it can be baked directly on the baking sheet, it is not necessary to lubricate with oil. Transfer the pigtails from the pan to a dish, cool slightly.
