Instructions
- After changing the nozzle, I will knead the dough. In the bowl of the combine to the grated zucchini I put sour cream, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, sunflower oil, break an egg, pour flour, add 1 tablespoon of semolina (manolina), baking powder, sugar, salt. With the help of a combine, I will knead the dough in just a minute. 30 seconds in mode 2 and 30 seconds in pulsation mode. The dough for pancakes turns out to be quite thick. The dough can be kneaded by hand, just you will spend more time.
- Bake pancakes. Since there is oil in the dough, I will lubricate the mold only for the first time. With a large tablespoon, I spread the dough on a hot, oiled form D-24 cm. I had 4 pieces of pancakes on it. A total of 12 pieces came out of this amount of dough. Baked three times. Start baking pancakes over medium heat. When they harden and acquire a beautiful color on one side, turn over, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover the pancakes with a lid so that they are well fried inside. Fry until soft.
