Ingredients
Dough:
- 140 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 90 gram Whole grain flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 45 ml Water cold
- 120 gram Butter
Filling:
- 220 gram Corn
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 100 gram Salami
- 70 gram Sauce
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
Instructions
- Dough: in a bowl, mix two types of flour, a pinch of salt and paprika. Mix it.
- Add slices of cold butter.
- Rub the flour and butter into crumbs with your hands. Add the yolk.
- Pour in ice water and knead the dough, collecting it into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: add the herbs of Provence to the tomato sauce and mix.
- Drain the liquid from the corn.
- Grate the cheese and cut the salami into slices.
- Take out the cooled dough, divide into three parts.
- Roll out each piece on a sheet of parchment.
- Brush with tomato sauce, leaving the edges of the dough clean.
- Lay out the corn.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- And pieces of salami. Wrap the edges of the sponge cake over the filling. We send it to bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. We take the finished cookies out of the oven and let them cool down, if desired, sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
