Instructions
- When the biscuit is ready, pour it into a large bowl, add the remaining milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg + yolk, sunflower oil, lemon zest, mix and gradually introduce flour, kneading the dough. Add baking powder at the same time. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky to the hands. It should be kneaded well for 10-15 minutes, as if stretching.
- Knead it a little and tear off a small piece, forming a round bun. I weighed each piece of 100 grams, the buns turned out to be large, if you want, do less. We take a spatula with a round end and make a hole in each bun, helping with a finger. Then cover with a towel and leave to come up for 10-15 minutes.
- In order for the strawberries not to drain, mix the starch and powdered sugar. If you are going to make jam, then you do not need to do it. When the buns come up, we will expand the hole again and roll the strawberries in starch with powdered sugar, which we put in the bun. Mix the yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk and grease our buns. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
