Ingredients
Dough:
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 6 gram Yeast
- 60 gram Sugar
- 70 gram Butter
- 220 ml Milk
Curd filling:
- 350 gram Cottage cheese
- 0,5 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Starch
- 50 gram Sugar
- 1 gram Vanilin
Streusel:
- 60 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 40 gram Butter
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 30 gram Sugar
Filling:
- Jam any not fluid
Instructions
- Mix yeast, sugar and flour.
- Preheat the milk to a warm state with pieces of butter. Add the egg to the milk mixture and mix. Pour into the flour mixture.
- Knead the dough. Leave to approach, covered with a towel, for 1.5 hours.
- Prepare the streusel. Rub butter and flour into crumbs with your hands, add sugar and cinnamon, mix.
- Prepare the cottage cheese filling. Mix cottage cheese, vanilla, sugar, half eggs and starch.
- Squeeze the dough that has come up well, divide it into 14 parts. Roll out each piece of dough or knead it with your hands in a circle. Lay out the filling. Pinch the edges to make a bun.
- Place the formed balls seam down on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Then make a recess in the center, lay out the jam, I had a lemon-apple curd. Brush with egg dough sprinkled with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and ready.
- Let the finished cakes cool down. Cheesecakes with double filling are ready!
