Cheese Soup with Beer Recipe
In the autumn period, especially at the very beginning, you always want warmth - a cozy soft blanket, a Cup of strong coffee and a hearty hot soup. Is it different for You?! Ingredients
- 250 ml Broth (chicken)
- 180 ml Dark beer
- 150 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream (20-30%)
- 130 gram bacon smoked
- 1 piece Processed cheese
- 50 gram Hard cheese
- 4 slices Cream cheese
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Broccoli
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Potato starch
- 1 tablespoon Mustard (seeds)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Parsley for serving, to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil, set aside some of it for serving. Onion and garlic cut, fry with bacon.
- Transfer to a deep saucepan, add the mustard, starch, paprika, a little salt and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps of starch.
- Carefully pour in the beer, add the broccoli and cook for a couple of minutes, the heat is below average.
- Pour in the broth, milk and cream, stir, and let boil. Add pieces of processed cheese and Gouda cheese and cook for 3 minutes.
- Beat with a blender until smooth, put the cheddar plates, let boil, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add fried bacon and herbs in portions. Serve immediately, with the heat.
