Ingredients
For the dough:
- 400 gram Flour wheat / Flour flour may need a little less, the flour is different. I needed 350 gram
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 200 ml Kefir fat content not less than 2.5%
For the filling:
- 150 gram Chicken breast chicken breast fillet
- 3 pieces Champignons large
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter for roasting chicken breast fillets and mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Starch to thicken the filling, giving it a slightly viscous state
- 1 piece Chicken egg for greasing pies before sending them to the oven
- Sesame seeds for the top of pies before baking
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper for baby food, this ingredient should be excluded or added a minimum amount, to taste
