- When the breast is ready - 30 minutes after boiling, get it, celery and carrots. Add tomatoes and pepper to the broth, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then cabbage with lettuce and the rest of the greens. Bring to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and let the soup brew for 15 minutes. I served it with cheese, the breast went into a salad. Instead of cheese, you can add sour cream.
