- 125 gram Butter
- 220 gram Corn flour
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 5 tablespoons Sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 250 milliliters Buttermilk
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 1/2 jar Corn (canned)
- 1 teaspoon Chilli pepper dried, plus 1 whole for decoration

Instructions
- A 20x20 baking dish (or a round 23 cm.), grease with oil and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the dough and smooth it out. Cut the pepper into slices and put it on the dough. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 g for 30 minutes. Leave the bread to cool on the grill.
