Ingredients
For muffins:
- 450 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 1/4 glass Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Sauce spicy
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 30 milliliters Ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°. Grease the muffin baking dish with oil. In a large bowl, add the turkey minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg and garlic passed through the press, hot sauce, thyme, tomato paste.
- Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the filling evenly over 6 molds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and brown sugar.
- Smear half of the ketchup mixture on meat muffins. Bake until tender, about 35 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes. To do this, wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices, peel the garlic. Add potatoes, whole garlic cloves to a saucepan and cook until tender in salted water. Drain the water, add hot milk or cream, butter and mash.
- Remove from the oven and grease the muffins with the remaining half of the ketchup mixture. Put garlic and mashed potatoes on top and garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
