Zucchini Pancakes with Meat Recipe

Ingredients
Dough:
- 500 gram Zucchini
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 11 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 bunch Greens
Filling:
- 1 piece Onion
- 300 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion so that it becomes transparent. Then add the minced meat.
- Mix it up, break the minced meat into small pieces with a spatula. Add salt and pepper to taste, fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add one small tomato, grated on a grater and two tablespoons of sour cream. I also added some Provencal herbs. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes until the meat is ready. Then we will transfer it to another dish and leave it to cool.
- We will wash zucchini or zucchini, if young, then we do not clean the skin, we will rub it on a large grater.
- Add salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes to let the juice flow.
- Then we will squeeze the zucchini with our hands, we no longer need the juice. Add the eggs.
- Add sugar, salt, milk, stir. Gradually add the flour, the dough should turn out to be an average between pancakes and pancakes. The amount of flour may vary for you.
- Add a little vegetable oil to the preheated frying pan, pour out the dough with a ladle and distribute it over the pan, fry it like ordinary pancakes on both sides.
- I got 8 pancakes out of this amount. Grease the baking dish with a little oil. We spread a little minced meat on the pancake and fold it in a convenient way for you. We put it in the form.
- Sprinkle the pancakes with grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
