- Knead the dough. With your hands or a mixer, it doesn't matter. If the dough is very sticky, you need to add more flour. Flour is different for everyone, even specifying the exact amount, you can get the dough of the wrong consistency. Therefore, for home baking, I recommend taking expensive flour from a trusted manufacturer.
- Before sending it to the oven, you should decorate with strawberries, since I had frozen, I cut it slightly defrosted, otherwise it will look like jelly. If you put a lot of whole berries, there will be a lot of moisture, which is undesirable in this filling. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the cheesecake with yolk. And bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
