Ingredients
Dough:
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Starch
- 150 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 200 gram Sour Cream (15%)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
Filling:
- 300 gram Meat boiled
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 250 gram Champignons
- 1 piece Marinade cucumber to taste
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 50 gram Hard cheese
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Flour sifted with starch, a pinch of salt, sugar, quickly and gently RUB with butter into a crumb. When preparing chopped dough using a combine, you need to punch all the ingredients with a metal knife into a fine oil crumb.
- In the middle of the flour mixture, make a recess, break 2 chicken eggs, pour in sour cream, knead the dough. You do not need to achieve a particular smoothness and uniformity, long knead dough, enough with your hands to form a billet of the dough so that it gathered into a ball, cover with cling film, then send the ready dough in the fridge overnight. This dough is perfectly stored for a few days in the refrigerator or a couple of months in the freezer.
- Chop the mushrooms coarsely, lightly fry them with onions in a pan heated with vegetable oil, add a pickled cucumber cut into small cubes, fry everything until ready, bring it to taste, adding salt and pepper. Finely chop the green onion feathers.
- Cut the boiled meat at random. For the juiciness of the filling, it is optimal to use meat with a small amount of internal fat. Both pork and chicken are suitable for filling.
- Grease the form with butter, dust with flour, shake off excess. Divide the dough into two parts, from a larger piece (2/3), roll out the base of the pie, laying out the bottom and sides of the form with the dough. Put the sliced meat on the bottom.
- Then put a layer of fried mushrooms with onion and cucumber.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Top with a layer of grated cheese. From the remaining dough, form strips, cover the top of the pie with them, grease with yolk, and sprinkle with a mixture of seeds. Bake in a preheated oven to 180*C until ready (test for a dry ray).
